Step 1 — Browse Available Offers

Open the app and you'll see all available Surprise Bags near you. Each card shows the business name, the type of food, the price, and the pickup window. Scroll through, filter by distance or category, and tap the one that catches your eye.
Tip: Popular listings from bakeries sell out quickly — check the app in the early afternoon to grab the best spots.
Step 2 — View the Offer Details

Tapping a listing opens the full details screen. You'll see the description, what's typically inside the bag, the exact pickup window, and the address. When you're ready, tap the Reserve button.
Step 3 — Choose Your Quantity
Select quantity
A reservation sheet slides up asking how many bags you want. Select your quantity and confirm. Payment is handled securely in-app — no cash needed at the counter.
Step 4 — Confirm Your Order at Checkout
Checkout — pickup or delivery
At checkout you can select Pickup (always available) or delivery where offered. Review your order summary and tap Confirm Order to lock in your reservation.
Step 5 — Your Order Summary
Order summary
Your order is confirmed. The summary shows what you ordered, the business name, and your exact pickup time slot. You'll also see a code field — this is where you'll enter the code you receive at the business when you arrive.
Step 6 — Enter the Pickup Code

When you arrive at the business, the staff will give you a code. Enter it into the code field in your order summary and tap Confirm Pickup. This verifies the handover on both sides.
Step 7 — Collect Your Points
Your loyalty points
Points land in your account automatically once pickup is confirmed. Every bag you rescue earns you points on the leaderboard.
The top 5 users win a smartphone. The next 5 win a smartwatch. Everyone else in the top rankings wins a discount voucher between 10–15% — so every bag you collect brings you closer to a prize.
